Fraisier Cake Recipe
I've been toying around with a lot of French patisserie recipes over the last month. It's something that I've avoided in the past because a lot of the desserts seemed like a bit too much work. In saying that, I decided to give it a crack; I purchased a great book called Patisserie : Master the Art of French Pastry and went to work. I had a go at about half the recipes in the book and some of the end products were so good.

Panna Cotta Recipe
Enjoy the simplicity of an Italian classic
Panna cotta originated from Italy and is a delicious cold dessert made from double cream. It is common to use vanilla bean in this recipe; however, you can easily get creative and add different flavours such as coffee or raspberry. Although this looks a simple dish to prepare, it's important to get your measurements exact. This is a very simple recipe for making a milk and honey parfait. It's made in a loaf pan and if you line it with cling wrap, you can easily remove when you're ready to serve. It's a good looking dessert that is always popular when you're entertaining. Be sure to make this dessert in advance as you'll need to freeze overnight.

Your family and friends will love you for this one.

Lamington Ice Cream Bars
The Aussie Classic Revamped
These bars taste a lot like lamingtons, only they have a nice cool ice cream interior instead of sponge cake. They're really easy to make and last longer in the freezer than most home made ice cream thanks to the chocolate coating.
Choosing the right ingredients
I used this vanilla ice cream because it isn't too heavy and doesn't have any egg yolks. It goes really well with dark chocolate. But I think most ice creams would go well with this recipe.
Zabaglione, also known as Zabaione, is a classic Italian dessert that's similar to custard and can be served warm or chilled. The main difference from custard is that you'll whisk this dessert long enough to create a light, mousse-like consistency. You'll only need three ingredients to make Zabablione: egg yolks, sugar and wine (or spirits). You can whip up this dish in under half an hour and no churning is required in an ice cream maker so it's great if you're short on time.
